Refunds (if applicable) Our refund policy affects the goods broken in transport and goods you'd like to return in 7 days after the delivery.
As soon you receive the broken goods please send us a photo of it on the same day you received the package together with proof that is the day of delivery (tracking code link or photo of the official document). In the very same e-mail, please choose the option of sending the replacement of the piece or the refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain amount of days.
Please! Report the damage to your courier immediately so we can apply for the insurance fee.
It can happen that you don't like what you got. Contact us in 7 days after delivery. You cover return expenses in this case. You can opt for a refund or replacement.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item(s) to:
