Refunds (if applicable)
Our refund policy affects the goods broken in transport and goods you'd like to return in 7 days after delivery.
As soon you receive broken good you should send us a photo of a broken good on the same day you received the package together with a proof that is the day of delivery (tracking code link or photo of the official document). In the very same e-mail please choose the option of sending a replacement of the piece or a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
It can happen that you don't like what you have received. Contact us in 7 days after delivery. Return expenses are covered by you in this case. You can opt for refund or replacement.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

If you comply to rules for exchange, please send the piece(s) to:

You will cover your own shipping costs for returning of your item.
If you are approved for the refund for the returned item you will not be refunded for the initial shipping cost.
