The whole Boya production is exempted from all custom duties in all the European countries.

        Important: The VAT is not part of the customs fees and is being charged on delivery according to the local law.

We deliver to Serbia and internationally according to the following fees:

Domestic (Serbia) :                         Free Shipping

SLO, CRO, BiH, MNE, FYORM:            9€ - Flat rate (5-10 days)

The rest of the Europe:                          19€ - Flat rate (5-14 days)

Americas                                                   23€ (cca USD 28)- Flat rate (10-21 days)

Asia and Africa                                       27€(cca. USD 32.75) - Flat rate (10-21 days)

Australia & Oceania:                             30€ (cca. AUD 46.70) - Flat rate (14-28 days)

Turkey, Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan are included in the rest of the Europe plan.

Israel is included in Asia and Africa plan.

There is the option of express delivery (1-5 working days) via DHL for 59€-65€ per parcel.  If you want to order to multiple address in the same day contact us to get lower rate. This is solely result of DHL's policy.

Shipping rate will be added to a total amount at the checkout. Also at the checkout you will be asked to pick the type of shipping.

Please review your local importing fees and taxes to avoid any surprises. We ship from Serbia. Refusal to pay any applied custom fees is not grounds for a refund. Please, check Custom Fees section of this page.

We offer optionally premium packaging that you can see here. It is a handmade box coated in canvas-like paper. You can choose to buy at the above link or on your cart page. We have several dimensions and we will pick the one that fits your pieces the best.

With every purchase we provide you with a nice  booklet. It holds a story on making porcelain pieces and about Boya. In the addition to it is the very certificate explaining the maintenance rules and containing the guarantee on porcelain and gold quality, hand-signed by Bojana.

According to your preferences, we give these in English or Serbian.

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit. We use eco-friendly honey combpacking paper We were sending with success bigger parcels oversees. Our biggest shipping so far was 32 plates to the USA. None broke.

Although rarely, breakings do happen. Customers are always offered to choose between a full refund and sending the new pieces. The all possible new expenses are on us.

Yes, of course and we love such orders. Still we are not able to fulfill every wish, so let's talk.

Most importantly, custom made private orders are about very beautiful and close collaboration with you and me.

I will listen to you a lot. Then she will make you some questions. After a few meetings we both agree on the design. After that, the samples are made which we both need to approve.

We do not work after a ready-made design. We would be dishonest to ourselves and eventually to you.

The production time varies because of the size of the order and a possible waiting list.

       For custom made pieces please add 30% on the initial price of a piece.

No matter handmade or industrial porcelain the same rules applied:

All pieces are dishwasher and oven friendly. The gold applications are going to gradually fade out. We are talking about a few years but still, that is the nature of gold. For longer life of the application wash by hand non-abrasive sponge or in a dishwasher at the lower temperatures.

If gold or any other metal is applied then don't use it in a microwave. 

Always go for gradual heating and cooling  to avoid temperature shock. Be sure not to pull porcelain from the freezer and place it in a hot oven.

Please note that the non-glazed surfaces are not 100% stain proof. It is important to clean food (especially dark sauces and baked foods) from these surfaces timely (ie. do not leave it that way over night) in order to keep the surfaces blemish free. If this still happens, warm water mixed with baking soda is a great, lightly abrasive cleaner for the non-glazed surfaces. Simply use a scrub or bristle brush to clean with the mixture to remove stains.

 Sure! We offer handmade boxes if you wish and every purchase comes with a certificate of quality. We also have our own greeting cards that we will be glad to write for you.

Important: In order to be able to offer you these shipping fees and no-custom-fees benefits to the European customers, an invoice must be included in the package.
