We ship all orders using the carriers and delivery options available during checkout. Depending on your location, one or more delivery options may be offered at the time of purchase.

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can use this link to follow your parcel until delivery.

We work exclusively with reliable courier partners, but we take full responsibility for the quality and condition of the delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at office@boyaporcelain.com and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will handle the procedure directly with the courier on your behalf.
